| Pims Group Acquires ABS Wastewater Service – Yeovil Business |
| Pims Group, the national supplier of maintenance services to water and wastewater systems, today announced the acquisition of the Yeovil service operation of ABS Wastewater Technology Limited. |
| The ABS Yeovil service business provides planned and reactive maintenance services for water and wastewater systems across the south west of England from their Yeovil facility. The acquisition consolidates Pims' position as a leading supplier of water and waste water support services across the country and particularly the south west. The deal further increases the already substantial number of clients maintained nationally by the Group and enables an expansion in the range of services offered to existing and new clients. |
